Toronto Victory Tabernacle of PraiseRev. Wallace is in Pastorate for over 24 years she is truly a tremendous, anointed woman of God, she preaches the word, live the word, walk the word.

Reverend Wallace was born in the Carribean Island of ST. Vincent; her adopted parents Dudley and Edna Castello raised her. Her adopted parent were not born-again christians but she attended an afternoon full gospel sunday school where she was taught the word’s of God as early as the age of six years she senses some thing different about her life. Her sunday school home church had regular community open air tent meeting, Rev. Wallace would find her self, when ever the alter call was made she passionately move into the crow of people who were not saved and plead with them to give their lives to Jesus. She had many other experiences as a child when she prayed God would intervene and answer her prayer. Keeping in mind she was only six years old.

Reverend Wallace migrated to the Island of Trinidad to live with her aunt an uncle. At the age of sixteen years old, she began to strayed away from the way's of God, she became a regular  party girl and found her self-plunging deeper into sin but after the parties, she felt empty and dissatisfied within. Sitting in her home miserable and fed up with life. She heard the sound of gospel music singing echoing in her neighborhood she follow the sound and realize some Bible school students was testifying and singing about the grace and mercies of God.  At the street meeting one of the student began to preach about the love of God and how Jesus save keeps and satisfied, she felt the conviction power of the Holy Spirit, although it was a busy street corner, many were standing around she was the only one walk up when the alter call was made she give her life to Jesus but she did not fully surrendered some habits she had.

One Friday afternoon she encountered a situation that needed divine intervention she challenged God. These were her words... She said, “God if you are God and you can solve my problem, I will serve you.“

God answer her prayer, she realized more than ever before that God is real, arriving home she kept thanking God and ask Him to give her strength to fight against the enemy. The Lord directed her to a Bible a young man give to her a along time ago but it was old and in parts she reach for it as the Holy Spirit guided her she turn to Romans Chapter 10: 9 –10 as she read she cried out to the Lord from her heart for God saving Grace and forgiveness. The Lord saved her and she got baptized with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongue. From that day Reverend Wallace was never the same and she never looked back.

Reverend Wallace began to attend a local Pentecostal Church got water baptized and became very active in her local Church. After five years faithfully serving in her local Church ,she felt the call of God upon her life for full time ministry. With the blessing of her Pastor she attended the West Indies School of Theology evening extension classes for two years whereby she obtain a certificate in Theology.

Reverend Wallace had a deep passion for souls and the Lord’s work she felt she need to know more and to be better prepared for the work of the ministry with the blessing of her Pastor’s wise counseled and help she enroll as a student at the West Indies School of Theology Bible College full time for three years 1983 – 1986 where she obtain a diploma in Theology.

As she pass by a small village in her District she senses a deep burden for the people in that area, she decided to survey the village she realized a Church was already in the village but was not very effected in reaching the souls. There was much work still to be done as she moved through the village there were many young people bound by drug additions and many destructive life styles many were involve in witchcraft work. After graduation Rev Wallace knew what God has called her to do as the Lord lead her to the small village. She held her first tent crusade many souls were saved and delivered from Satan stronghold as God demonstrated His supernatural power to a village that was bound by heavy witchcraft for many years. Reverend Wallace directed the souls that was saved to the local New Testament Church in the area she continued her tents Crusade in other areas but felt she was disobeying God some where as she prayed and fasted she felt God directing her back to the small village to start a ministry. She then inform the Pastor which was the esthetical thing to do the local pastor felt threaten by her as she reveal what God was impressing her to do, but she had to obey the voice of God, she sought God for a place to start a church the only place was available was an open downstairs of a house shortly after she was told she has to moved she move the work to a patio of a house the lady of the house became a born-again believer she came out from the hindu religion, through the work Rev. Wallace was doing but her husband was still a hindu, he told Rev. Wallace she has to find another place because of his religious belief, She move the small gathering to a rented spot of land under a tent where she held services.

Shortly after Rev. Wallace was told the land was sold and she have to move the tent, with much pray Rev. Wallace and the small gathering sought the Lord for His directions we could not find a suitable place Rev. Wallace realized she was up against spiritual wickedness she decided nothing was going to deterred her from the work of the Lord, she was very determine that nothing would hinder her from fulfilling the vision God has giving her for that village in-spite of the heavy opposition and plans and plots of the of the enemy to stop and her when she could not locate a place to Congregate she pack her living room furniture in to one of her three bedroom home and began to have services in her living room. The room became too small as the work began to increase. Reverend Wallace and the saints began to pray and fast for a bigger place to worship. God grant us divine favor.   She was bless with a spot of land to build a church the work began to grew many souls was transformed and set free by the power of almighty God.
